Single Day Sense Check Review
Step 1
You will select the Budget, Programme or Contract option and book the day to suit your availability
Step 2
In advance of the day, you will be asked to provide agreed information by following a template QA format and appending required electronic files or folders.
Step 3a
On the day, we will have a kick-off one-hour discussion to ensure we have fully understood your concerns and desired output from the review.
Step 3b
We will review your provided details and produce an overview document of the potential risks and/or opportunities for your project and suggested next steps
Step 3c
You / Your team will need to be available to answer questions (phone or email) if/when they arise during the day
Within 48 hours of completing the session, we will send you a full report and checklist, providing you the tools to follow up on the action items or if you choose, to book further assistance or guidance.
Three Day Problem Review
Step 1
You will book the date for your review to suit your availability. Then, by following a series of simple questions, you will explain the type of problem, the parties, and the current effect of the problem on your Project
Step 2
In advance of the booked period, you will be asked to provide agreed information by following a template QA format and appending required electronic files or folders.
Step 3a
At the start of the first and last day, we will have a one-hour discussion, to ensure we have fully understood your concerns and desired output from the review and check any conflicting issues that may need further explanation or data
Step 3b
We will review your provided details, consider the available options, and produce an overview document of the potential next steps and the risks and/or opportunities for each option
Step 3c
You / Your team will need to be available to answer questions (phone or email) if/when they arise during the review
